My wife and I were remodeling two bathrooms in our home and spent days looking through tons of pictures and reviews. We decided it would be best to go with shower panels since they can be removed and replaced in the future without having to tear down walls or remove tiles. We eventually ran across Cascada Showers, and she immediately fell in love with the look of their panels. I searched locally around Miami, FL, but couldn’t find anything like them. Our plumbing contractor highly recommended the brand, noting they were very reliable, but I was still a bit apprehensive about ordering large units like these online. I worried that if we ran into any issues, shipping them back and forth would turn into a nightmare.
I decided to call Cascada Showers directly to voice my concerns, and that's when I spoke with John. He was incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything. It is so rare nowadays to find someone who actually knows their product inside and out, but John did. Right after that conversation, I felt confident enough to order two units—one for each bathroom.
When they arrived, I was thrilled with how they looked. Our plumber had absolutely no issues installing them; it was very straightforward. In fact, they are so well-designed and "plug-and-play" that I feel confident I could remove them myself in the future if I ever needed to—and I am certainly no plumber!
The shower panels themselves are amazing. The handles are smooth, and the hot/cold water knob clicks softly as you turn it, giving you a precise feel for the temperature. Plus, the LED display shows the exact water temperature, allowing us to dial it in before we even step inside. If my wife doesn't want to get her hair wet, she just turns on the body jets and the hand sprayer. You don't realize how great the display and multiple jets are until you use a shower in another bathroom and realize how subpar it is compared to your unit at home.
But here is where Cascada Showers truly stands out: their customer service. One of our units arrived with a small ding on the edge. This is where they outshine any fixture company I have ever dealt with. When I called, I was expecting the usual, "Well, it's not our fault, you'll just have to keep it," routine that we've all come to expect from terrible modern customer service. But John told me: "I don't want you keeping a shower panel that you'll look at every day and feel dissatisfied with. I want to make sure you love your experience every time you shower."
He replaced the unit immediately, had a brand-new one delivered, and took care of the pickup for the damaged one. I was blown away and left completely speechless. As a Gen X’er, I haven't seen customer service like that in decades.
If you are looking for an elegant, beautiful shower panel, give Cascada Showers a try—and tell John that Rick sent you! He is a true pleasure to deal with. Both my wife and I are incredibly happy with our decision and look forward to enjoying these showers for years to come. Thank you, John, you have been amazing!
This steam generator is even better looking in person. The rose gold finish looks amazing and feels very premium.
We also purchased our shower system from here and wanted the steam emitter to match. I reached out to support team and they were able to customize it in brushed gold for us, which was a really nice surprise.
The quality has exceeded my expectations so far. It’s still being installed, but everything looks great and I’m excited to see the finished result. Sharing a few pictures here!
Really happy with this shower system. I had a professional plumber install it, and it was much easier and faster than I expected. The LED lights and Bluetooth speakers are a nice upgrade. Sharing a couple of pictures here. Everything is working great so far.
This is a great find as I live in a place with very hard water which my hair and skin definitely does not prefer. This is the ideal size for my shower aesthetically and functionally, and installation is super easy basically rinsing it so the filter runs clear and just screwing it on (filter already contained inside the unit) It does not give information on precisely How you Remove the filter, and where to get a new one! I am hoping since this is a new product, that info with the product would be forthcoming (or perhaps this is some standard size product I need to look for on my own)Either way I am happyfor the benefits of this for now!
Decent chrome fitting. The internal hex shape makes it easy to screw in without marring the finish. Quality of the fitting seems really good. All metal. The escutcheon flange is treaded, so you are limited to how far down the pip it will go. And close to the end it will start exposing the threads.
